Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. The Editor(s) welcome the submission of manuscripts for publication in this journal. Topics are to be consistent with marketing and human resource development.
  2. Manuscripts are invited from academicians, research students, and scientists for publication consideration. Papers are accepted for editorial consideration through Online Method or email at editorial@scitecresearch.com with the understanding that they have not been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere.
  3. Author should agree to pay Article processing Charges 75 USD after acceptance.
  4. Manuscripts submitted for publication are to be in English.
  5. Manuscripts are to be submitted in electronic format. Receipt of all submissions will be promptly acknowledged by e-mail.
  6. Each valid manuscript will then be forwarded in confidence to selected reviewers to assess editorial acceptance for publication. Authors may also submit the names of possible reviewers who could then be approached for their assistance.
  7. All manuscripts undergoing confidential review will be judged on the relevance of their content, brevity and clarity of presentation, validity of methodology used and conclusions made, accuracy in data, analysis, and literature citations.
  8. On request, intending authors will receive the Journal guidelines on manuscript preparation. The guidelines will also be ordinarily available on the Journal's website.
  9. Once the paper is selected, the authors will be asked to submit the camera-ready paper. The camera-ready paper is the final version of the article/ manuscript that will be published in the Journal of Marketing and Human Resource (JMHR) Digital Library. While submitting the camera-ready copy, the authors must take extreme care so that the paper strictly conform with the prescribed template of JMHR.
