A combination forecasting model based on IOWA operators

Abstract

With respect to the combination forecasting problems with forecast value and actual value which are actual numbers. the relative distance measure is used as the induced value of the IOWA operator. A new fuzzy combination forecasting model is presented to minimize the error sum of squares. Finally, an example is illustrated to show this model improved the combination forecasting accuracy efficiently.
